Worst experience I have ever had with a tile company ever! Merchandise was broken; they slipped in hidden fees (shipping and packing???) and never told me of the fees until I reviewed my receipts.
I was never told my order was a Special Order and that there are "No Returns or Exchanges"; until the day I came to pick up the tiles. Terrible costumer service was soon followed when I confronted Keen Tile, Inc about the poor quality of the tiles. Not only were ALL the tiles cracked and chipped, there was an extreme color difference between the tiles themselves. My construction workers refused to lay them!
When I brought back the tiles the employee there told me to put water on the tiles and the color will darken.
My invoice has been ALTERED! Overall, they were not professional in the least bit
